- How Do I make a reservation?
Once you have found the perfect accommodation all you need to do is enquire for availability through the 'Enquire Now' option at the bottom of the property details page. Once you have received confirmed availability, you can then complete the online Booking Form again found on the property details page. Once we receive the completed booking form we can then contact the owners of the property to make the reservation on your behalf and once this has been done we will email to confirm that the property is provisionally reserved for you pending payment. We do not recommend that you book any flights until you have received written confirmation from us that the property has been provisionally reserved pending payment.
Once your reservation has been confirmed via email, you will then be sent a statement of payment by email. This will provide a schedule of payments and your payment method options. Normally your deposit payment will be due within 7 days and the final balance is to be receive by no later than 8 weeks before your arrival at the property. The payment methods we currently use are bank transfer to a UK account, international transfer to Spanish account and in some cases payment by VISA or Mastercard may be available.
- Are Linen & Towels Provided?
Linen and towels (excl. beach towels) are provided at each property, and at most properties the linen and towels will be changed after the first week (please confirm that this is the case at your chosen accommodation).
- When can I have access to my property, and by what time do I need to vacate?
The standard access time for all properties is 4pm. You will be sent details of this in your itinerary, which is normally sent out around 3 weeks before you are due to arrive. Earlier access may sometimes be possible, but we cannot advise on this until your arrival day when we will be able to confirm the arrangements for your access. Departure is by 10am and this cannot be extended under any circumstances.
- When do I receive my directions and access details?
Your directions and access information will be emailed to you approximately 3 weeks before you are due to arrive at the property. This information will only be sent once we have received full payment, and all signed documentation as requested when making your reservation.
- Can you arrange Airport Transfers?
We can provide private transfers to and from Nerja from Malaga Airport. Prices for this service are available upon request and you can book this by telephoning our office or emailing us.
- Are you based locally in case of any problems?
Our office is based in Nerja, so we are available over the course of your occupation in case of any issues arisng with the property. We are also able to provide local information on excursions and upcoming events, plus you can call into the office if you wish to discuss any matter with us.
- Can you provide a welcome grocery pack?
We are able to supply a grocery pack for your arrival at the property, for a charge of 50 euros. This will include basic items such as milk, water, juice, bread, ham, cheese, croissants, cereal etc. Additional items can be provided upon request and will be charged seperately. If you wish to order a grocery pack for your arrival, please contact us to make the arrangements.
- Why do I need to pay a security/damage deposit?
We are requested by the owners of the properties to obtain a security / damage deposit which covers any damage or loss to the property whilst guests are in occupation. The standard amount payable is £100 and this can either be paid with your final balance payment, or alternatively you can complete a credit card authorisation form which will be held on file until you depart. If you pay in cash with your final payment, this will be refunded within 14 days after your departure, subject to receipt of your bank details in order that we can make a transfer.
- Can you provide a travel cot and/or high chair?
We are able to hire out travel cots, high chairs and pushchairs if required. These will be left at your chosen property for you arrival and are available at a cost of £2.00 per night per item.
