This individual 3 bed villa is ideally situated for families and couples in a central location within the poular resort of Nerja.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 guests with an additional bed.
The private pool measures 7 x 3.5 m with the shallow end 1 m deep.
Adjoining another of our lovely villas 'Los Leones' this villa has a large terrace area with barbecue and a private pool. The house is built over 3 floors. On ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen, cloakroom and lounge/dining room from which patio doors lead out on to a covered terrace and the terrace and pool area.
Upstairs on the first floor is 1 double and 1 large twin bedroom sharing a full bathroom.
On the second floor is a further twin bedroom with bathroom and large south facing balcony overlooking the pool area.
