The villa benefits from the exclusivity given by the security gates at the entrance to the development complex and is flanked by other villas. A security guard patrols the urbanization at night. Mijas is 5 mins by car, Fuengirola and the beach are 10 mins by car and Marbella 20 mins. The nearest international airport is Malaga (10 miles).
The living area is spacious and offers seating for up to 8 guests with a dining suite, fireplace, Satellite TV, DVD player and CD player. There are also 2 pull out beds situated in the living area accommodating an additional 2 guests. Access to the pool area can be gained through patio doors.
