Description:
Situated just outside Mijas, cut into the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range, is this exclusive well appointed villa offers accommodation in a transquil setting, yet only a few minutes drive from the fantastic beaches and nightlife of Fuengirola and Marbella.

It overlooks the Mediterranean (it is 400m above sea level) and the beautiful nearby town of Mijas, which is renowned as being one of the most beautiful white villages of Spain.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and can sleep up to 7 people (a full-size folding bed is available). It is built on two levels. On the ground floor there is a lounge/dining room with large dining table and 6 chairs, open fireplace, sofa suite, CD player, and satellite TV showing the Sky Family Package. This lounge, with patio doors leading out onto the pool terrace, offers panoramic views of the breathtaking scenery overlooking the Mediterranean Sea towards Gibraltar. On a clear day, you can see the mountains of Africa!

There is a fully fitted kitchen with electric hob unit, cooker, microwave, and fridge/freezer. A utility room is provided with an automatic washing machine.

The Master Bedroom has a king-size double bed, fitted wardrobes, and doors leading onto the patio area. Adjoining this is the ensuite bathroom with WC, two wash basins, bidet, circular bath, shower and double vanity unit. A second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobe. There is a separate bathroom with WC, wash basin and shower.

A spiral staircase leads to the turret bedrdoom with a twin beds, wardrobe, sofa and doors out onto a private balcony overlooking the pool.

Externally there is a terrace with a large pool (8x4m) set in private gardens featuring a built-in barbeque, outside dining area with garden furniture, and a garage.

The property benefits from the exclusivity given by the security gates at the entrance to the development complex and is flanked by other villas. Mijas is 5 mins by car, Fuengirola and the beach are 10 mins by car and Marbella 20 mins.
